A Book of Remembrance by William Herbert Scott, with a foreward by A. J. Grant, and a Roll of Honour compiled by C. E. Mulholland.
Published in 1923.
The book is a record of the effects of the Great War as it affected Leeds.
Divided into three parts "The Story" a general narrative of events at home; "The Record" giving accounts of activities individual & collective (including the Leeds Territorial Units) and finally "The Roll of Honour" a list of those from Leeds who gave their lives for their country.

Together with lists of Casualties and honours up to April 1921. Fifth and final edition complete with the supplement to the fifth edition published in February 1937.
Separate lists of the Killed, the Wounded and Prisoners of Warfare printed. Among the Killed are included the Missing and those whose deaths are attributed to their service.
The details of Honours are spilt separating British Honours and Foreign Honours and include those mentioned in Despatches.
